Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied.

1. Returns Eligibility: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of hygiene, if the product has been used, or if the original packaging is damaged.

2. What We Do Accept: We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

   • You received the wrong item.

   • The item arrived damaged or defective.

   • The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

3. Timeframe: Eligible return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

4. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pinkPlots.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the simple process and provide a return shipping address.

5. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, all items marked as “Intimate Wellness” or “Personal Care” (e.g., lubricants, toys, lingerie) are final sale once opened.
